I stopped by two LBS's this morning and they just shook their heads. Guessing performance doesn't carry them, so instead of riding all over town sometime this week -- where would you order them and what kind would you get?
I have 2 new Zipp extenders I will give you. I didn't like them and just buy tubes with what I need. If you want them let me know and I will dig them up for you.
