I wear either yellow prescription glasses tinted at 30% or prescription goggles. I found this place to be unbelievably cheap for prescription goggles - http://www.zennioptical.com/home.php?cat=27 The tinted glasses were less than $15 and the goggles were $26. Did have to wait a few weeks for them though, and you must know your PD (pupillary distance) in addition to your prescription.
