This is probably a later Lotus. It is apparently a Lotus International which was right on the entry point for Lotus, but still had Tange tubing. If it fits and is in ready to ride condition, these bikes are nice. They were a US company that imported Japanese Tsunoda bikes and marketed them as "Lotus".
