Back on the bike today, tough getting up this morning - I had that 'just another minute then I'll get up syndrome'. Schools went back this morning so danger factor rises massively, people just seem to be late/stressed so much more. Guy revving behind me at traffic lights, like i'm gonna move!! Thousand yard stare kept him at bay, so many more respectful cagers though makes it better. Last 5 miles it started raining, lovely and cooling, managed to spin off the last of the weekend's lactic acid. Off to have some Marmite on toast . . mmmmmmm.
