Jalabert, Abdoujaparov &, Johan Museeuw were good at fighting for themselves.
Actually Jalabert was a rare freak, in 1995 he won the TDF green Jersey, Vuelta points jeresy (as well as CG & Climbers), Milan- san remo, Fleche Wallonne, Voltal a Catalunya, Criterium Internatioanl as well as Paris- Nice.
2 years later he was world tt champion
