Little less than ideal today. Feeling a bit under the weather today, but rode anyway. Temperature at about -5C/23F and breezy, but it was mostly a cross wind, so nothing too nasty. The derailleur cables were gummed up or something, because the bike wouldn't shift at first. I pulled into a parking lot to see if I could get things moving, and managed to get a limited gear range - two cogs in the back, two rings up front, and that was enough to get me to work. I'm hoping that it was just ice and that parking my bike in a heated underground parkade will fix that up.

Still plenty of ice and snow on my route, but today is supposed to be nice (up to 8C), and if the weekend is as nice as is currently being predicted (12-13C), that should take care of the rest of the ice and snow on the roads and trails.
