i ended up getting him a nut case "little nutty" which is, as pyze would say, a total hipster helmet..........
i neglected to reply to this! happy belated baby birthday! at 4 months, i imagine that orin is well on his way to 16lbs. for me/us it's going to be a call on his neck and body control. i really hope we don't have to wait until 12 months, since then it will mean waiting until next spring and i don't know if i can handle waiting that long. ps. i like the "caution!" helmet, brad likes the "mohawk" one...
Great link, thanks. I added AND "bicycle" to that search and of the 4 remaining hits, I think only one involved the accused riding a bicycle. Unfortunately it was this one: riding without headlights, a sawed-off 12 gauge, and cocaine. What was that kid thinking.
Seriously, I would think the fact that you yielded your place in line for the convenience of a fellow motorist should carry some weight with the judge. I know I've been "reminded" to yield in that same situation many a time.
Good luck!
yeah, i didn't find anything relevant to my case.
i f'ed up on several account in the trial, including forgetting to get a disclosure, forgetting to ask about/refer to the video evidence, and forgetting to mention the van. so when it came down to a matter of he said (red light - which at the very least he should have said amber when i clipped in), she said (green light), the judge ruled against me. fine was dropped from 180 to 100, but i'm still considered "guilty". no luck for me. grrrr.
future note for reference: when trackstanding at a light you can be considered "proceeding", even if you're going UP vs FORWARD.
