Yeah stay away from extended use of anti-inflammatories. I still feel so stupid for how many I took. Now my stomach is really a lot weaker than it used to be, and I can't take one NSAID without feeling stomach pain. A few days will be beneficial, but any more than even a week is just stupid and damaging.
