Driving is not a right but it is one of the cornerstone factors that keep the western economies speeding along and the more drivers there are the merrier. No government will make it difficult for the ever increasing 60+ demographic to retain their right to drive. As long as they keep buying and using their cars they are making a positive contribution to the economy. Sad but very true.
