Quarq Crank Shifting with Shimano 6700/7900?

I like the reputation and pricing of the Quarq -- and the fact that I need not have multiple power meters for multiple rear wheels. But I also like the front shifting of my 6700 groupset.

Is anyone using one of the available Quarq cranksets with a 6700 or 7900 chain/front derailleur? How does it shift? Does going with an FSA or SRAM Quarq crank mean sacrificing the slick 6700 front shifting?
