AVA stem? Probably looking at the French 25.0 size with one of those.
(And before anyone starts arguing that Continentals didn't come with AVA stems, that isn't true. My Dec. '71 Continental had an 22.2 AVA stem and bar which were distinctly original. The steer tube had evidence of having been bored out to 22.2 by the factory as well. Definitely not a user modification).
