People do this stuff to get more hits for the stuff they're pimping, and thereby make their ranking in google searches higher.

The guy is looking to buy a Yukon Denali, then looking to build up an F5 then looking at a $2200 Lamborghini,

and every post conveniently has a hypertext link.

This is not normal behavior for people that aren't shilling.
