Sorry, haven't updated for a while. Been too busy riding! Now in addition to my normal 35 miles/week commuting, I've been doing a 15 mile quick ride once a week after work, and a longer 40-50 mile ride on the weekend. And the pounds are coming off! If I keep this up, I'm going to need some new pants .
