your bike has a 1 inch headtube. you need to make sure the fork is 1 inch as well. there's a strong possibility that it's 1 1/8", in which case it won't work. assuming the the fork is 1", you'll need a new threadless headset and stem to replace the threaded ones on your bike. also the steering tube on the carbon fork will need to be a couple inches longer than your headtube in order for you to have room to put the stem on.
bottom line is that it will likely be far more effort and money to put that carbon fork on than it will be worth. also it'll look weird having a carbon fork on a vintage steel bike. my advice: just keep what you've got, sell the fork and put the money into other upgrades.
