BG, thanks, you nailed it dead on! Sure enough, all you have to do is lossen the fixing bolt and the entire caliper can moves up and down. I've already moved the caliper up and repositioned the pads. They can easily clear 25's in the highest position, but there's no way 25's willl clear the pads for wheel removal.

My Deltas stop real well. With proper cables and pad alignemt I see no reason why they wouldnt.
