14t freewheel for Giant Bowery

I bought a Giant Bowery Mashup yesterday, but found it a little bit slow.
It has a 17T fixed and freewheel and a 48T chaingring.
Does Giant sell 14T or smaller freewheels? and if not, is it possible to install a freewheels from another manufacturer? How difficult it is to replace it? or expensive?
I used to bike a bike with 11T / 42T and loved it, but all it parts became too worn.

Here is the link to the model:

Thanks!
