I bought a set from this seller on ebay. He has 2 sets. I got the 9 decal set.

They come in a single sheet and you need to seperate them out. Look high quality.
My problem is they are larger than the ones on the bike. It is the same font but 3" larger.

The paint has a different color under where the decals used to be so I can't just put the larger one over that spot.
What is your advise on how to do this the best way.
Do I need to mask and paint under 1st. I tried cleaning with alcohol and nail polish remover without any luck. Should I sand paper instead?
Should I cut them one letter at a time instead?
