I've seen this bike three times now and I've finally taken the time to snap a few shots of it.

This bike is Campagnolo head to toe (even pedals). Nuovo Record derailleurs and Record hubs laced to Open Pro's (the only modern upgrade to my knowledge). Cinelli bars and stem. There are 0 decals or any sort of badge. The only info I do have is that the bike has Simplex dropouts and a serial # stamped on the dropouts (see picture). Reynolds 531 with the stickers in English. Oh yes, and an Avocet saddle (if that helps at all).

Any info about the bike would be much appreciated. It seems too small for me, but I'm thinking of trying to find the owner and make an offer. Being a college campus and all, chances are the owner is some student without any bicycle knowledge riding there father's bike.
