Bikes: BMC Pro Machine SLC01, Specialized Globe, Burley Rock 'N Roll tandem, Calfee Dragonfly tandem.

Here is an E R Russ - 1950/51 half-bike.



Head tube badge same as on the tandem:



So, apparently there was a British framemaker, ER Russ, that made bikes pre- and post-WWII, and at least in the 1930's made tandems.
