If you can raise the seat post high enough you might be able to get it to fit. If you have real short inseam then even better. Chances are you will need to get a larger frame as the distnce to the handlebars might be too short and you will be all scrunched up. But a longer stem and seat adjusted back far enough might make it work.

It really depends on the frame design. If it is a compact or the cranks are short you will be SOL.
