So my bike is a BB30 bottom bracket. I have an FSA Gossamer in it right now. I found for sale locally an FSA SL-K Light crankset that comes with an English Bottom Bracket. Now forgive my ignorance, but can I simply use the crank with my current bottom bracket? Are the crank arms the same on BB30 or MegaEXO? Am I completely out of my mind here? Will it require that 68mm to BB30 press in adapter? I'm lost, and I have until 6pm to tell the guy if I want the crankset. It's an insanely good deal.
Thanks a billion to anyone who can clear this up for me.

No...no...and no...
A "regular" (BB..uh...92? anyone?) crank can not be used with a BB30 bottom bracket.
You can adapt a BB30 BB shell in the frame with adapters to run an english bb.
The difference is in the spindle diameter so if the arms are locked to the spider/spindle assembly then no....you can not use the regular crank in the BB30 BB. You would need to use an adapter for the BB.
