This looks like a Nashbar Race SIS bike. They were made in mid 80s (85-86 I think, first generation 6208 SIS components with some 6207). Pretty nice bikes. Tange 1000, I suspect. After that, 87ish, Nashbar was marketing GT triple triangle frames under their own name. No clue who made this bike, but GT might be a good place to start (they made Novara bikes for REI as well). Forgot to add: These were about $800 new (MSPR)
