Anyways, I often eat pasta (once every 1.5 days usually) but ground beef is always the old reliable to goto when my stomach needs food. My diet is limited because of allergies to corn, wheat/gluten, and milk, so beef is the number one thing that is really easy on the tummy for me personally. (Don't ask me why beef is and rice bread isn't, I really do not understand it)
