Grrrrr! It's been a frustrating week as I haven't been able to ride to work. I did a rather challenging ride on Sunday and when I woke up Monday morning, my body was screaming "don't do it..." so I listened and took a rest day. Today, a friend of mine calls at 5:15 am and says he may need to go to the hospital. Everything ended up OK, but I felt like I was on call, so I decided I should have my car in case I was needed. I'm going to try again tomorrow. Wish me luck!
