I did mention that it was out in no man's land ( the added loop to make the 72 ?). I did not see a soul other than two other riders and nothing more than a
bucket and a sign under a tree, no sign of life at the water stop. Maybe they were hiding from me?
I did it back in 05, so maybe they've improved the support on the loop? But either way, it's just a ride, nothing like a Tour De Tucson.
BTW, I've done AZ rides and they rock! A small town ride was much more entertaining and better supported than most CA rides. Now those are worth the drive! My daughter now lives in Chandler (near Phoenix) so when the economy improves, I'll look into more AZ rides!
