ok this is what i have. I don't know if it's the same as yours (happypills) but since u said it feels like suede i'm guessing we have similar one? From SAG's website. The material is fake suede.

As you can see, it's some fabric that 'feels' like suede, gives a matte black look. It also clings on to dust really well. If my cat steps on my bag after it uses the litter box, it takes a long time for me to clean this bag.

The inner material is Nylon Twill (PVC), again according to SAG's own website, which should be pretty water resistant if not water proof. Maybe i should go home and dump mine in the shower.
