Exactly the same here. I let her try mine, and she fell over immediately. We're both still car-free in college, so she rides, but has zero interest in road bikes, and doesn't like the idea riding just to sweat. She insists that riding in a big circle is silly. She'd rather be going someplace in particular. I'd like to rent her a bike that actually fits someday, I'm holding out hope that she'll like it.
