It's about 6 hours from Columbus, But IMO MT Airy cycles in Mt Airy Maryland would be my first choice. Larry Black (the owner) stocks tandems from many popular builders and he usually has several used ones as well . Very few places in the USA has as many tandems on the floor as he does. Looks like he has an event on for April 11
