Sometime last year, while riding my front wheel went sideways due to lack to traction. Half a second later I was eating asphalt pie. My specialized singlecross went tumbling pretty much like that video (at least 2 full turns). Got a nice bloody rash on right leg and a bruised hip that put me out of commission for a week.
Bike only got a small bar tape scuff.
