It still doesn't hurt much, it just feels tight, like the skin is pulled tight.

It did bleed pretty bad. I took my sock off and laid it over the cut and wrapped my spare tube around to keep it from bleeding too much as I peddled to the Dr's office. That was the worst part of the whole thing, the tube was so tight it kept my thy muscles from being able to move freely.
