Is there some kinda maintenance I should have been doing on my 1UP trainer?
Been using it for the last couple of months just to spin on for an hour a day, and got really used to the way the different gears felt. Packed it up for a weekend trip, and now that it's back home, the resisance feels all wonky. It seems much harder to drive now, and I've got to shift down a couple of cogs to get the same feel. What could have changed? Should I be oiling this thing or somethin'?
