Call or email the company. I had a problem with my 1up trainer about a year ago, contacted the company, and some EXTREMELY helpful person got in touch with me within a day. He was high enough up in their heirarchy to be able to fix my problem without getting approval from anyone else -- a box of free replacement parts arrived in the mail within a few days.
