I just bought a 1993 mikkelsen frame road bike with campagnolo c-record shifters, derailleurs, and hubs. The front hubs have a dust cover type of seal that is aluminum that cover up most of the bearing cone so that the seal needs to be removed before the cone can be loosened. Does anyone know how to remove these covers? it seems you should be able to pull them but i dont want to pry and damage them.
