That's a really good point I hadn't thought of. Checking out the Norco dealers in town (which are small LBS), they seem to be very mountain bike focused - this would probably be the only Ceres they'll sell. Perhaps I can take it to one of the larger ones who see more volume.
Also, found a post where a Soho owner wasn't able to stop with the drum brakes (20mph downhill which doesn't seem that fast). Seems like a big red flag. I wonder how hard it would be to have the drum brakes swapped out at purchase?
