You'll never see a bike with French metric tubes and a 27.2 seatpost. The seat tube would have to have walls 0.4 mm thick. Simplex made a very nice copy of the Super Record single bolt post right before they folded. I have them on two bikes. One of them is a 26.4. They both came from eBay and were not expensive.
