I'll be hanging around Tuscaloosa in June while my daughter is in gymnastics camp at Bama and would like to get in a few rides. I checked out the website for Velocity Pro Cycle and saw several weekly rides listed. Are these all out race type rides or more laid back? Are they well attended or just a few hardcore riders? I guess I could give them a call. Are there any specific routes in the area that would be better than others? Thanks for any info you can provide.
