A couple weeks ago I was descending down a not-that-steep hill, and I spotted a pile of leaves that I wanted to whip skid through. I used my legs to begin the fishtail, and suddenly my forward foot unclipped, with my left leg floating in the air while my right leg continued to spin (because fixed gear). Guess I twisted my leg a bit too much with that one. Scary because I was nearing the bottom of the descent where I had to stop for traffic. Miraculously, I stayed on the bike, clipped back in, and came to a full stop right before the intersection. As soon as I got home I upped the tension a couple of clicks, now everything feels nice and secure.
I'm thinking that you must be a kid under 15. I'm curious to know why you would attempt trackstands when you don't know how to do them. Well, all I can say is that you're having an interesting journey.
