Just about any fender designed for 700C wheels will work w/ 27" wheels as well. Watch your toes with the small frame/large wheel/fender combo, easy to give the front fender a kick and bend your stays if you're making a tight, slow turn. I think a nice bike like a T700 deserves nice fenders, Velo Orange has stainless steel and aluminum ones that should fit well. I have a set of wooden fenders (from http://www.woodysfenders.com, and sized as 700C) on my Bridgestone T500.
