Mine was pretty nice. Beautiful weather, not too warm (yet), and a rather heartening experience.
I was sitting at a stoplight when a blue van rolled up next to me. I instantly thought, "Oh, great, here it comes -- he's gonna tell me to get on the sidewalk."
Instead, the fellow driving the van leaned over and said, "Hey, can I ask you a favor? I ride bikes too, and I think you should get a flasher."
I reached back to check my seatpost bag, and sure enough, my blinky was gone! I said, "Oh, it fell off!" (I hope I didn't sound like I was annoyed with the driver; I wasn't). Then I asked him if my helmet blinkie was on, since I figured if I'd actually succeeded in turning it on this morning (sometimes the button clicks when you press it without actually turning on the light), he wouldn't have mentioned it. He said, "No," so I turned it on and thanked him. A moment later, the light turned green.
I'm not sure where my seat bag blinky went, since apparently I didn't hear it hit the ground. I hope some other cyclist who needs one will find it and use it. As for me, I have something like thirty-seven blinkies, so I'll just replace it and make sure the new one is a little more secure!
