Please keep this concept foremost in your mind at first, it will eventually become second nature. I still focus on that thought when the pace line or pack gets fast and road surface conditions get dicey, and sometimes they do.

hey pcad, what do you say about getting back from cold/flu and racing. how long do you wait before you start training/racing? of course, i know to take this with a grain of salt as he is still racing 4's after 20 years
