So I've noticed I end up resting alot of my weight on my arms. I try to keep them bent at the elbows. But after long rides Im having to stretch out my arms. Is there something I can do to prevent this? I currently have couple spacers under my stem as well.
yeah, get a stronger core and actively think about supporting yourself with your back & abs. Contract your abs, straighten your back, and squeeze your shoulder blades. a lot of weight supported by your arms also decrease your handling as more weight is placed on the bar.
