The world seems to be very windy atm. Was going down a hill today I can normally coast right past 35mph no problem. Today was pedaling like mad and barely made it past 30mph.
I had a fabulous tailwind on the way home as consolation for my ride in. Even with full panniers, I was holding 34mph on some flat sections without sprinting. Definitely the best tailwind I've had for awhile and the 42 degree rain I got drenched in to enjoy that ride was a small price to pay.
