Sustagen is triffic. The Dutch Chocolate is an acquired taste, very rich. Vanilla is a bit weak to taste.

Up and go banana is great too, coz you can enjoy it over and over again for about an hour or so going down it tastes like a strong Banana Moove or Big M.
