may I suggest a closer look at your nutrition and planning? I personally am pretty anal about staying regular ... hahaha Timing your food and fluids can really be helpful (early dinner and lots of fluids). Another thing I do is get up early and have a regular full breakfast with 1 full glass of water and 2 cups of coffee. I'm usually off to the races well before its departure time (1 ~ 2 hrs after alarm). Sometimes I can get an additional weight loss session in when I arrive at the office - which is yet another good reason for arriving an hour before anyone else.
