Help identifying Schwinn and Louison Bobet

New guy here. Looking for some help identifying what Model of Schwinn this is. Serial # H252086 located on left rear dropout (which I believe makes it a 1951). Two-speed rear hub w/ coaster brake. Appears fairly original. Grips say Schwinn Approved, but may have been replaced at some point.

Also, I have this Louison Bobet, which I believe is from the very late 60's or early 70's, and I believe it's a mid-level French bike. I understand were imported/sold via Cyclopedia in Michigan.

Any help anyone could provide on an estimated value range for either of these would be a great help. Thanks.
