Bikes: Giant Rapid 3

Tonight it was figuring out the type of gravel to put in the dog area this weekend (20 X 10 area with dog door into the garage - for 3 dogs = no grass in dog area = mud in the rain).

This weekend is putting up shelving in the new garage, re-arranging everything, cleaning out the shed to make room for all the stuff in my garage in the old house - fact is simple, gotta get all this done, clock is ticking. Still on the stationary every day for least 30 minutes during my lunch break (resistance now at 4 of 16, RPM steady at 90 - almost zero coasting - can talk now while pedaling)

No need to start the cycle of Bike comes first - it's simply a matter of hours I have per day - trust me, I am getting exercise every single day - may not be perfect, but compared to prior - it's a huge difference!

My bike calls me every day, but I have a list of stuff to get done - when the move is completed, when everything is in it's place, then beat me up for not riding daily rain or shine.

Or be pissed? It simply is what it is for me.
This is the time where you need to really nail down your nutrition. It sounds like you are keeping active and your getting that 30 minutes on the stationary. The weight should still be coming off of you. Just make sure your not getting too astray with the eating and you'll be fine.
