Dude that's not bad. Mine was worst in the cosmetic department. $200 is not bad. Some PX10 came with 27" wheels. Where is the rust? Try re-chasing the threads first before you thrash the cranks. Last bike? I said that to myself before too but those craigslist deals keep poping up.........
