Hand lotion on face feels funny, regular lotion doesn't work on hands, but I may remove the oily cream, not needed in warm weather
Bar soap? Try CampSuds or something similar. You can wash your body and your dishes with it.
Never heard of CampSuds, gotta check that out
You should be able to buy many of the "meds." when and if you need them.
I already have most in small containers from my hiking trips, shouldn't take too much space
