Slow and cumbersome pretty well describes BikeE's. Imagine if you wanted to get into cycling from some other high-performance aerobic sport and your first (and so far only) test ride was on an old coaster brake Huffy cruiser. I wager you'd be looking for another sport very quickly. Do yourself a favor and try out a real performance-oriented 'bent, like a Lightning, Bacchetta or RANS.
