Cool this morning, around 50 F. with a freakin' irritating headwind when I left just after 6 am. I was really dogging it until another fixie speedster passed me, this is the 2nd day in a row. I fell right in behind to see if I could keep up. I let him pull me along until we hit the 14th street bridge, I then thanked him and passed and used the rest of the ride ( +/- .5 miles) to cool down. The rest of the ride was uneventfull. I'm thinking of heading over to CVS to pick up some surgical masks for the ride home. The pollen has been incredible, my tires are yellow and I watched as sheets of the stuff blew across the trail/roads in front of me yesterday. I've been taking 2 Clarian tablets a day since mid-March and have, luckily, been ok, however it seems to be getting to me a little today (runny nose, itchy eyes, tired, etc).
